  1. All passengers are to follow the bus rules displayed within each vehicle and to obey the instructions of the driver at all times.

  2. Passengers are fully liable for any damage and cleaning costs of the vehicle resulting from misuse and disorderly conduct.

  3. EBS Global P/L accepts no liability or responsibility for any delayed or cancelled flights.

  4. EBS Global P/L accepts no liability or responsibility for any delays caused by traffic or traffic accidents.

  5. If for any reason EBS Global P/L cannot meet your flight, a refund will be issued if it has been prepaid.

  6. If for any reason we fail to pick up our passengers at the arranged time or date, we will not be held responsible for any payment of airfares, accommodation, taxi fares or any other related costs.

  7. EBS Global P/L accepts no responsibility for any passenger’s lost or damaged property, as it is the duty of the owners to safe keep their belongings at all times.

  8. Full payment is required to make a reservation and final booking confirmation.

  9. All costs and rates are in Australian Dollars.

  10. Rates are inclusive of all Australian taxes and services charges.

  11. Weekend and public holiday surcharges may apply.

  12. A surcharge will be applied for all delayed flights from Sydney airport to destination.

  13. Schedule date changes are permitted no less then 24 hours prior to your booking pickup scheduled time.

  14. Changes less then 24 hours before schedule pickup time will incur a $50.00 fee.

  15. Prices and quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been made and confirmed.

  16. The booking entitles each passenger to one (1) carry-on bag and one (1) check-in bag.

  17. The carry-on bag must not exceed 10 kg.

  18. The check-in bag must not exceed 35 kg.
